With a combined 100 years of experience across the kitchen manufacturing and broader building industry, our founders set out to create something of their own. Built on knowledge, reliability, and a clear understanding of what builders need.

With a background spanning Australia’s residential building industry, specifically specialising in joinery, stonemasonry, and cooking appliances, our team brings a rare, 360-degree perspective to every project.

Sam Borg contributes over 25 years of hands-on experience across manufacturing, site installation, and logistics, ensuring projects run efficiently from production through to completion. Luke Bykersma brings 25 years of expertise in operations and sales, with a strong focus on delivering consistent outcomes and building long-term client relationships.

Strengthening the business, Simon Grossmann and Mark Galea joined as shareholders in 2023. Simon brings 25 years of experience, including his role as National Sales Manager at Technika, offering deep industry insight and a strong national network.

Mark Galea adds extensive leadership experience across both the building and appliance sectors. His career includes time as Business Manager at Henley Homes, followed by nearly 30 years at Technika, where he served as Managing Director and oversaw the company’s acquisition by Glen Dimplex. His strategic insight and industry knowledge play a key role in shaping the business.
